BUILD PHYSIO

“We love the community we have created at Build Physio & Performance,” says Laura Opstedal, owner of the physical therapy clinic.  “Adding Build Gym is a way for us to stay connected with our community when they are finished with physical therapy. We are hoping to add additional wellness services and classes that extend beyond physical therapy.  We had a lot of input from our patients and interested gym members, so we know this space will meet the needs of our community!”

MOUNTAIN PROJECT MT

The biggest goal of the Mountain Project MT gym, according to founder Michael Wolfe, is to create community. “It’s not about the gym; it’s about the people we support to achieve bigger things for themselves than they thought possible,” he said. The gym offers sport-specific strength/conditioning classes for mountain sports like ski conditioning, run/cycle conditioning, hunting conditioning, general mountain conditioning, and also features a bouldering gym for climbers, as well as a dry-tooling cave for ice climbers.
