Ryan and Sarah Woodland of Woodland Home Company stumbled on this 1980 fixer-upper by sheer coincidence. They happened to notice an FSBO (for sale by owner) sign and decided to make the call. The space needed serious TLC, yet the 1.26-acre lot and prime Greeley location captured their attention.

The Woodland team renovated virtually every inch of the home while maintaining original elements that make it unique.  They added windows and doors to the living room to remedy the lack of natural light.  They removed the drop ceiling to unveil a stunning vault with a structural beam and added a fireplace with a reclaimed mantle circa the early 1900s. A new owner's suite, custom kitchen, and complete bathroom revamps are other notable highlights.

Thoughtful touches are a Woodland signature; this home has them in spades.  Impact walls are found throughout, while historical pieces from the company's reclaimed lumber yard add rustic warmth to the modern aesthetic.
