Ryan and Sarah Woodland of Woodland Home Company stumbled on this 1980 fixer-upper by sheer coincidence. They happened to notice an FSBO (for sale by owner) sign and decided to make the call. The space needed serious TLC, yet the 1.26-acre lot and prime Greeley location captured their attention.
The Woodland team renovated virtually every inch of the home while maintaining original elements that make it unique.
