No matter what stage of life or fashion mood one is in, Sara Slaughter, co-owner and manager of Brianne's Boutique in Greenwood, says they provide wonderful choices for trendy, casual and easy-to-wear women's wardrobes. The store holds a special place in her heart, especially given that her middle name is the boutique's namesake.
"Since 2011, women of all ages have loved to shop our selection of tops, denim, dresses, shoes, socks, jewelry, handbags, wallets and accessories. We have styles to update all seasons of wardrobes. And, we personally select flattering pieces that run true to size," she says.
"Shoppers are excited about the amount of inventory we carry. And, our customers are greeted and treated like good friends, so they always get a great big welcome."
Sara explains that they mix both trendy and fast-fashion pieces with classic investment pieces that women can use to build a stunning wardrobe for work, vacation or everyday wear. With a focus on quality, the store's apparel and jewelry collections feature top brands, such as Brighton, Hammitt, Tribal, Liverpool, Kendra Scott, Bogg Bag, Ambre Blends, Charlie B and Judy Blue.
She says they have new arrival launches online Thursdays and on the floor Fridays. "We strive to bring in the quality brands our customers are looking for. We get a lot of reactions like 'wow, I didn't know you would have all of this,'" she assures.
"We're always looking for new trends and styles. My favorite days are when I'm on the floor while customers and employees are having fun together. Seeing them enjoy a place that I've helped create brings me a lot of joy, and reminds me of why I'm doing this," Sara states.
Sara's mother, Teresa Dillard, is the other owner of the store at 75 N. State Road 135. Teresa has lived in Greenwood since 1982, and she operates Teresa's Hallmark Shop next-door to the boutique.
