The first-ever official Raiders-themed restaurant, Raiders Tavern & Grill opened in April and has already welcomed such notable names as quarterback Derek Carr, coach Jon Gruden, and Raiders alumnus-turned-Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Charles Woodson to its tables. Offering fans an unmatched dining experience, the 3,400 square-foot restaurant pays homage to the Raiders’ rich history with plenty of artwork and autographed memorabilia on display, including helmets, footballs, and even a jersey signed by Super Bowl XI MVP Fred Biletnikoff. There’s also a retail store on-site selling team merchandise and apparel as well as 45 high-definition televisions to watch a game or classic Raiders video footage.
While diners cheer their favorite team on to victory, taste buds will be cheering along with them thanks to a delectable menu that’s sure to score a touchdown. The restaurant offers everything from barbecue and street tacos to vegan and vegetarian dishes. The extensive lunch/dinner menu features such winning selections as Cajun Shrimp & Grits, tender Braised Short Rib, and Baked Stuffed Fresh Jalapeños with cheddar cheese, bacon, and lime-cilantro crema. Portions are as generous as the fare is flavorful, so be sure to come hungry!
Breakfast and late-night menus are available, as well as two bars—the Modelo Bar and the Rémy Martin Bar—offering weekly specials and serving a variety of beverages, including impeccable ice cream cocktails (try the Mint Chocolate Chip) and 20 draught beers.
Raiders Tavern & Grill is open Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. Reservations are highly recommended on game days.
