Lynette Wright moved to Nashville in the late 90’s to pursue songwriting but realized after working in the music industry that God had other plans for her. She has used her gifts of art and formulating scents to create a luxury fragrance brand, Wright Home Collection. This collection was inspired by her family’s special legacy.

Wright’s grandfather helped lay the South American pipeline. He documented his time there with photographs. Wright wanted to bring these photos to life by using scents in her Iron candle. She believes that scents are memory makers and wanted to create a masculine and distinguished fragrance to place with the photos. These luxury candles are hand batched and poured in Franklin. Not only does her collection carry candles but notecards and incense as well. Wright Home Collection will be expanding in the new year with apparel. Her work has been featured in Alyssa Rosenheck’s lifestyle book, The New Southern.

In addition to her luxury candle lines, Wright is a very well-known artist in Nashville and has loaned her paint brush to many projects including a mural at local charity, Brett’s Barn and a mural inside of 12 South’s Emerson Grace that went viral on Pinterest!

Lynette will be recognized as The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Woman of The Year this April. She will be raising funds and awareness for the organization in honor of her mother who passed away from leukemia. Wright will also be launching a candle this spring, Sweet Betty, to honor her mom.

When Wright is not painting or working on Wright Home Collection, she loves to gather friends together on the golf course. She’s even found more success on the greens when she uses her father’s clubs. Through family, experience and open doors, Wright has created a life of sharing her artistic gifts with the community. Shop the collection at WrightHomeCollection.com or at Franklin Road Apparel.
