  1. FRISCO HERITAGE MUSEUM. Historic buildings; glimpse of former local life; free general admission/self-guided tours, during regular operating hours.
  2. COUNTDOWN 2 ESCAPE. Premium-themed puzzle rooms; solve puzzles, crack codes and follow clues to complete missions.
  3. STRIKZ. Youths 14 and younger bowl free for 25 minutes.
  4. FC DALLAS vs D.C. UNITED July 1, 4, 21, 25. The soccer club competes as a member of the Western Conference in Major League Soccer at Toyota Stadium.
  5. FRISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY. Laugh through fun sessions with professional clowns, join in Teen Anime Club, tap into mystery writers or participate in family story times. 
  6. SPLASH PADS. Pick from among pads at Frisco Commons, Shepherd’s Glen or J.R. Newman Parks, or better yet, visit all three, plus the one in Little Elm.
  7. FRISCO STARFEST. Public stargazing/astronomy event that recurs monthly on the second Saturday at Frisco Commons Park; co-sponsored by the Texas Astronomical Society of Dallas and Frisco Parks Department staffers.
  8. FRISCO FIGHTERS vs. SIOUX FALLS STORM July 1. Hurry regarding the chance to cheer for Frisco's indoor football league team. Their regular season started in March, so ends July 15 in Des Moines, Iowa. 
  9. GOAT YOGA at FRISCO FRESH MARKET July 30. This is a very popular activity; secure tickets ahead of time on Eventbrite.com. The session is held in collaboration with Goat Yoga Dallas.
  10. FRISCO ROUGHRIDERS vs. SAN ANTONIO MISSIONS July 5-6, 8, 18-20, 22. Take baseballs and gloves for pregame catch and fun directly on the field. 
  11. LIMESTONE QUARRY PARK. As one of Collin County's hidden gems, this Frisco 15-acre nature spot provides photo opportunities and a safe haven from the summer heat, including a picnic shelter, playground, public art, trails, a pond and basketball court.
  12. FRISCO ART GALLERY. Soak in exhibitions by local, regional, national and international artists as solo or group shows. From Dallas-Fort Worth to South Korea, the Frisco Discovery Center welcomes a diverse range of artistic styles. It's been closed through May for renovation. Hours: None on Mondays; Tuesday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays: Noon to 5 p.m.
