Randi’s career path began far from luxury homes and motivational stages. She originally studied architecture and interior design, drawn to how physical spaces influence emotion and identity. Eventually, she shifted into marketing, finance, and accounting, earning both a BBA and a Master’s in Accounting.
“I was working at a nonprofit children’s village,” Randi shares. “But I realized quickly—I was made for more than crunching numbers. I wanted to impact people’s lives.”
That desire led her to earn her real estate license while pregnant with her second child. What started as a search for flexibility turned into a thriving, multi-million dollar business. In 2025, she launched The Randi Lynn Group, a brand that reflects her heart, mission, and expansive vision. With licenses in Illinois, Indiana, and now Florida, Randi is steadily building a multi-state presence—splitting her time between the Midwest and Miami.
But real estate is just one part of the story. Randi became a certified 10X Business Coach, working directly with Grant Cardone’s elite clients. She also became certified in infinite banking, helping families build generational wealth through whole life insurance.

Raised in Orland Park, Illinois, and now living on an equestrian estate with her family and Friesian horses, Randi’s love for farm life and luxury real estate is personal.
“My heart for equestrian living came from experience,” she explains. “And my love for luxury came from design. These homes represent freedom, legacy, and identity.”
That authentic connection to lifestyle is what makes her so effective at what she does.
Randi’s approach is far from typical. Whether guiding a family through their home purchase or mentoring entrepreneurs, she leads with heart, high-level strategy, and deep understanding of mindset.
“I’m not transactional—I’m transformational,” she says. “I bring cinematic storytelling, branding, and elite-level coaching. But most of all, I bring belief—especially when my clients don’t yet believe in themselves.”
That commitment to showing up fully led to one of her proudest moments: being hand-selected to work with Grant Cardone’s personal coaching clients—an opportunity earned, not applied for.
Randi's work is deeply rooted in service and alignment. After years of “faking happiness,” she made a conscious decision to stop settling and start living with purpose. Today, her businesses in real estate, coaching, and insurance all stem from the same mission—to help others create freedom, whether financial, emotional, or lifestyle.
Outside of work, Randi's life revolves around family, horseback riding, baseball games, cooking healthy meals, and being present. She finds balance through journaling, hiking, and time in nature. “I believe in personal evolution—and I make time for the quiet things that keep me centered,” she shares.
