Splashing into summer!

Enough about the weather—let’s talk about fun in the summer! As many of you know, my family always takes adventures in our RV for the month of July. Yes, we take our four boys. Well, let’s face it, they are the size of men (all but one), reaching over 6 feet tall now! Needless to say, it’s cozy! We still love it, and as long as our kids want to hang out with us, we will take it!
This year we will be hugging the Pacific coastline up through California, Oregon, Washington, and into Canada, up around and into Banff, and then back down through Montana, Idaho, Utah, and back down to Arizona. Our plan is to slow-roll and take in the breathtaking sights on our drive—a bucket-list path for sure!
Whether you escape the heat for a bit or stick around Arizona, there is no shortage of things to do right here in our community! Visit one of our beautiful local resorts for cool pool dips and delicious food and drink, visit our local lakes for time on the water with a boat, visit our endless culinary spots to try some new cuisine, or go sit in a local ice-cold movie theater and escape reality for a bit!
Whatever you do, take time for some R&R! One nice thing about summertime in Arizona is that things tend to slow down, giving us some freedom to relax a bit!
