Family is what we want it to be ...
The word “family” can mean many things. You have your immediate family, extended family, and friends who are like family. Neighborhoods, schools, and even the Scottsdale community are family. No matter what family looks like, it shapes who we are and who we want to be.
My husband and I lived all over the United States—six states in the past 14 years. But, it was when we moved to Scottsdale with our two children that we felt like we found our forever family.
Scottsdale opened her arms and welcomed us. We love it here and love raising our family here.
I’m excited for this next chapter in my and my family’s life. As someone who’s been in the media business for over 15 years, covering stories all over the world, I’m very excited to focus on Scottsdale’s stories.
