Green Juice - Ready in 15 minutes - no juicer required!

After the holidays and months of enjoying rich foods and delicious drinks, is the perfect time to reset with an anti-inflammatory juice. Your stomach has processed so much over the past few weeks. Leafy greens contain chlorophyll which strengthens your immune system and helps your cells carry more oxygen. With lemon, ginger, and essential greens, this juice provides a gut reset. Incorporating raw and anti-inflammatory ingredients into your weekly diet is a great way to give your body a jump start.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach, rinsed and de-stemmed
  • 1 apple, cored, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 ripe pear, cored, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger (optional)

In a high-speed blender, combine the ingredients with ½ cup of water and blend until smooth.

Place a straining bag inside a large jar or bowl. Pour the juice into the bag. Gently squeeze the straining bag. Discard the pulp. 

Option to use kale instead of spinach. Granny smith apples add a crisp flavor, making any green juice go down easily. Enjoy the benefits of this hydrating, anti-inflammatory and nutrient-rich juice!
