Let Paint Fly at the Summer’s Boldest Playground

Looking for an action-packed way to stay active this summer? Head just outside town to Xtreme Paintball TN, Lebanon’s go-to spot for high-energy fun, run by husband-and-wife team Andrew and Bekah Jones, with key players Daniel and Trent helping make every match unforgettable.

Located at 212 Old LaGuardo Rd W, Xtreme Paintball TN was built on the idea that local families needed more ways to get outdoors and connect. “We saw a need for something exciting and positive for kids and teens,” says Andrew. “That’s how the park came to life.”

Their paintball fields are anything but ordinary. Take cover near a downed plane in Crash Site, weave through buildings and cars in Nuke Town, or plan your ambush across six wooded acres in Ambush Acres. From Capture the Flag to Protect the President, there’s a game mode for everyone—from first-timers to seasoned weekend warriors.

Open for walk-ins Saturday and Sunday (and weekdays by reservation), each session lasts three hours with multiple time slots available: 10am–1pm, 2pm–5pm, and 5:30pm–8:30pm. And if you haven’t tried Night Ball, you’re missing out—after-dark paintball under the lights adds a whole new thrill.

Xtreme Paintball specializes in private events too, hosting birthday parties, team-building outings, and even bachelor/bachelorette games. This summer, they’re also planning themed events and hope to launch a summer camp focused on outdoor play.

First time? No problem. Every guest gets a full safety walkthrough and a dedicated ref to guide the experience. “We’ve made it easy, safe, and super fun—even if you’ve never picked up a paintball marker before,” Andrew says.

For unforgettable summer memories, Xtreme Paintball TN offers something no screen or couch can: fresh air, adrenaline, and laughs with the people you love.
