Bill Reiman - RK Reiman Construction:
Growing up on job sites alongside my father, I developed a deep respect for the construction industry. I had a love/hate relationship with construction growing up. I picked up trash, dug ditches, swept job sites, and worked long hours in the hot Florida sun, but over time, that labor taught me discipline, pride, and what true craftsmanship looks like. My brother and I weren't handed anything; we earned our way through hard work, and today, I'm proud to be part owner of R.K. Reiman Construction.
Our dad always made sure we focused on perfection. He'd have me sweep every spec of sawdust, clean windows until there were no marks, and walk the sites to make sure they were spotless. That stuck with me. Today, every home we build is detailed to perfection. That attention, paired with our integrity and dedication to overdelivering for clients, is what defines our business.
When my dad handed me the reins to manage our first model home, he let me handle everything, from architecture to design. That home went on to win multiple awards and really positioned us as the go-to luxury builder. It led to more hires, more clients, and a larger role in Naples and Marco Island.
One of our core values is that our clients are family. This isn't just transactional; it's a relationship. We always do the right thing, own our mistakes, and fix them. In over 30 years of business and nearly 200 homes, we've never had a lawsuit. That kind of trust and integrity is rare, and that's what makes us stand out.
The video, podcasting, and imagery content we've produced over the years allows people to see who we are and what we stand for. Clients want transparency and connection, and media builds that trust before we even meet.
Most people think short-term. We play the long game. When you help others even when there's nothing in it for you, it always comes back around. I've helped people who couldn't build a high-end home yet to find other trustworthy builders, just knowing that one day, they may come back.
In the next few years, I see our company continuing to grow, expanding into new towns, and becoming even more of a trusted name in luxury homebuilding. We'll still be building homes with integrity, care, and purpose while forming real relationships with the people for whom we build. Our vision is clear - that is to be the largest luxury home builder in the state of Florida.
Maurizio Gamba - MauriGamba Eyewear:
Launching MauriGamba Eyewear two years ago was a culmination of my lifelong passion for eyewear design and fashion. My background in art and design provided me with the skills and inspiration to create a brand that reflects elegance, style, and quality. The desire to offer unique and handcrafted eyewear to the market, coupled with a commitment to sustainable practices, continues to motivate me every day.
My biggest failure in the past was not knowing how to effectively delegate tasks, which resulted in workload overload. I learned the importance of trusting my team and empowering them.
MauriGamba Eyewear sets itself apart in the market by offering a unique blend of timeless elegance, modern design, and sustainable production practices. Our focus on using high-quality materials and collaborating with skilled artisans ensures that each pair of sunglasses is a true work of art.
Investing in technology to enhance our online presence and streamline operations has been crucial in expanding our reach and improving efficiency especially on the lenses.
The best advice I've received is to never stop learning and to embrace failure as a stepping stone to success.
In the next 5-10 years, I envision MauriGamba Eyewear growing into a globally recognized brand known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. Expanding our product line, entering new markets, and continuing to prioritize social and environmental responsibility are key components of our future vision.
Dr. Leandro Perez - DexaFit:
After years of treating heart disease, I wanted to shift toward prevention. Tools like DEXA and VO₂ max testing were mostly reserved for hospitals, but I saw their potential to help people make informed, proactive decisions about their health.
As a board-certified cardiologist, I built DexaFit around accuracy and science. My medical training and research in body composition and fitness shaped the services we offer. Being bilingual, I also make it a point to provide inclusive, accessible care for everyone.
I initially overwhelmed clients with too much technical detail. I’ve since learned to simplify communication, focus on client goals, and listen more—transforming confusion into motivation.
Launching DexaFit Naples was a major shift from traditional medicine to prevention. It allowed me to work with people before they become patients, blending my clinical skills with a passion for wellness.
We combine medical expertise with advanced fitness tech and equipment. Our clients get hospital-grade testing—with personalized, medically informed guidance from trained experts. Few centers offer this level of depth and care.
“Take care of the person, and everything else will fall into place.” Whether in medicine or business, putting people first leads to the best outcomes.
I see DexaFit growing into a full preventive health hub, possibly expanding locations or partnering with gyms. Personally, I’ll continue merging cardiology and wellness, helping clients improve both metrics and quality of life.
Richard Cacace - Richard Anthony (Events) Management:
Growing up one hour outside of NYC in the suburbs of CT, I was always intrigued by fashion, special events and the lifestyle the city had to offer. I knew very early on I wanted to be a part of it one day. I was an organized person who was inspired by beautiful things and lifestyles. Most of my career was in fashion, advertising, and photoshoot production for internationally recognized retailers. My career took shape managing the creative process, producing fashion photoshoots, working with models, photographers, creative directors, fashion stylists and copywriters while managing timelines, budgets and client relationships.
After over 20 years in NYC, my experience gave me confidence to do what I saw my father do as a young professional with a family - work for myself. My partner and I chose to start anew in Naples, inspired by my parents' dual residency here. We took a leap of faith to build a new life from scratch. This was significant for me as it was my first step towards proving I could succeed independently.
I believe every experience has a lesson. Moving to Naples and starting a career in event production taught me that my past professional experiences provided a solid foundation. I just needed to adjust my skillsets for the new environment.
My professional experience in NYC with top retail brands like Bloomingdale's, Victoria Secret, and Lord & Taylor shaped my unique approach. I understand the importance of every role within an organization and value relationships at all levels. Whether working on private weddings or affairs, or large galas and events such as The Naples Botanical Garden's 'Hats in the Garden', Youth Haven's 'Starry Nights", or The American Cancer Society's 'Bucket List Bash', I bring personality, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring clients feel confident and assured they have a true genuine partnership with me.The best pieces of advice I've received is to be genuine, honest, communicative, and timely; and, that solutions exist for every problem. People prefer open conversations over unexpected issues later.
Over the next five years, I am committed to delivering memorable and seamlessly executed events to my clients in the greater Naples and Marco Island area, while also expanding into other niche markets.
Julio C. Marino DDS - Altamar Dental Studio, ALTMR Pickleball
I grew up in Cuba, raised by physician parents who instilled in me a deep respect for service and discipline. Dentistry became a natural path—blending creativity, precision, and human connection. My wife and I, both dentists, founded Altamar Dental Studio in the fall of 2019
with a simple but bold vision: to reimagine the dental experience by making it personal, elevated, and rooted in community. We didn’t want to build just another dental office—we wanted to create something people actually looked forward to visiting.
Just months after opening, the pandemic hit. It could’ve broken us—but instead, it became a defining moment. We leaned into our values, refined our systems, and focused entirely on serving others. That mindset made us stronger and more purpose-driven. We learned to lead through uncertainty, to trust our team, and to stay grounded in service.
Altamar isn’t just a dental office—it’s an experience. From the calming design and personalized care to the hospitality-inspired approach, everything is intentional. But what truly sets us apart is our community focus. We’re proud to serve as the Official Dentist for FC Naples, we partner with Warrior Homes to care for local homeless veterans, and this summer, we’re launching the Altamar Dental Academy to train the next generation of dental professionals and create new career pathways.
“Build it like you’ll own it forever.” That principle guides every decision—from how we treat patients to how we grow our team and brand.
Alongside expanding Altamar and launching the academy, I started ALTMR Naples Pickleball in 2023—a luxury lifestyle brand that promotes health, movement, and community through sport.
Everything I build—whether in dentistry or beyond—is about creating meaningful, lasting experiences that serve people and leave a legacy.
