COLOR:
I love the resurgence of color overall and that it isn't just one "popular" color! Shades of purples, blues, greens and pinks are everywhere right now. The best way to use this trend is with bold art, rugs and accents, such as colorful pillows, a bold ottoman or a great accent chair.
GOLD:
Gold has been the spot-on metal trend for a few seasons and that will carry right into fall. I love the warmth of gold and mixing it with other finishes, like an antique bronze or something dark, so that it really stands out.
TEXTURE:
Texture is what makes a room interesting. Whether it's a pop of velvet, a leather accent, or really detailed art and accessories, the change in material and touch is where the depth of a room comes from. This fall will bring lots of interesting leather/hide pieces going farther than just rugs, there will be more rich velvets, and lots of textured accent pieces, such as shagreen covered tables and raw wood accents.
