Get Rid of Holiday Stress at Bode Nashville

Located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue South and Korean Veterans Boulevard in Nashville is an unassuming building just steps away from the downtown area where the nightlife thrives. It's a former condominium complex that was renovated a few years ago to open in 2018 as Bode Nashville, a boutique hotel concept offering residence style hotel accommodations. The concept, new to Nashville, is like Air BNB meets hotel.

Bode caters to group lifestyle travelers combining the flexibility and authenticity of vacation rentals with the comfort and conveniences of a boutique hotel. And what better way is there to decompress from 2020 and its election, pandemic and holiday stressors? Turn off the TV, put away social media and take a short drive in to the city to escape for a day or for a few.

The property's design encourages relaxation and socialization without the pressures of the typical hotel. The heart and soul of Bode is Porch Coffee + Market, an inviting and dynamic space for guests and locals alike to gather. Part café and part craft bar, Porch Coffee + Market is a day-to-night setting perfect for an early morning coffee and fresh pastry, an afternoon charcuterie plate, or a late-night local draft. An artisanal market anchors Porch Coffee + Market, equipped with essential groceries (including produce, dairy, beer and wine) for in-room use.

Beyond Porch Coffee + Market, Bode Nashville features additional outdoor spaces for guests to frequent while on-property. Fire pits adorn the grounds and encourage spontaneous bonding, s'more-making and sing-a-longing. Games like ping-pong and corn hole encourage socializing among groups and beyond. And then there's Otis, Bode's very own 1948 Ford F5 truck - a tailor-made spot for gathering, pre-and-post gaming, dining, and the occasional photo op.

The 111-room quasi hotel has a variety of multi-unit floor plans that range from one to four bedrooms. Spacious living rooms, private balconies, chef-inspired kitchens are just a few of their room's many amenities.

Contactless check-in is another cool amenity. A virtual concierge named Eve will be your text contact throughout your stay at Bode. She can have something waiting for your in your fridge when you arrive if you'd like and will send you your room number and access code for check-in. She'll text about drink specials and parking and whatever else you may need. Want an extra blanket? Text Eve.

Bode has plans to expand it's apartment style hotel concept to a variety of sought-after destinations forthcoming locations in Palm Springs, CA, Greenville, SC, and Savannah, GA. Keep an eye out for Bode properties when you travel, and leave the stress behind. Bode.co
