Leawood's Lindsey Bishop shares her favorite holiday go-to smoothie.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger, ground
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- ¼ teaspoon brown sugar to taste
- 1 cup ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
