At the heart of Glimpse’s services is this dedication to precision and a personal connection with clients.
“A lot of my clients have been with me from the start. And if they're not physically my clients, they’re with my staff. You see their growth over the years, their special moments—weddings, life changes. Sometimes, I’m even the first person they tell when they’re pregnant. That trust means everything.”
Karla first started working at Glimpse while in beauty school. Years later she still loved the work, but she wanted more.
“I loved where I worked, the environment, and the owners. And I told them, ‘I would never want to leave, but I want more. Is there more growth within the company?’”
It turned out, the owners had been considering selling Glimpse and they offered it to Karla, who on top of being an almost business owner, was also an almost mom. Nerves aside, it was a “right place, right time” moment and Karla went for it. Two and half years in, she and her husband have two kids, and she still loves lashes and the added responsibility of ownership.
“I love what I do and am able to do this and be a mom, which is important to me. I genuinely love to see my clients and talk to them, it's my fun time.”
