Philip Brewer is currently a Vice President, Relationship Manager for Comerica Bank’s North Dallas Business Banking team. In this role he is responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, and the periodic review of loan arrangements, cultivating new business relationships, negotiating proper loan structures, and providing credit and non-credit solutions to clients such as commercial lending, real estate lending, cash management, and other banking functions. Philip joined Comerica Bank in 2009 and has worked within the banking industry for over 20 years where he has held various positions.
A Dallas native, Philip earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Dallas Baptist University. Outside of the office, he is an avid runner and golfer and enjoys traveling with his family, especially escaping to the mountains of Colorado. Philip has a heart for service and is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer programs and nonprofit service. He is an active board member of the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce, the City of Allen Parks & Recreation Board, and, most recently, The Allen American Red Lamp Foundation. In addition to board service, Philip is a volunteer youth soccer coach with Allen Sports Association and serves on the Allen Independent School District Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee, District Improvement Planning committee, and the Collin College Banking & Finance Advisory Committee. Currently Philip is the Chair of the Texas LGBTQ Employee Resource Group for Comerica Bank.
Philip and his wife, Kristy, have four beautiful children, including a 16-year-old, 12-year-old, and 7-year-old twins.
