Granola Yogurt Parfaits

Enjoy a Healthy Grab-and-Go Breakfast in 2024

Gwynn Galvin of Swirls of Flavor is back this month with a healthy alternative to kick-start 2024. Her granola and yogurt parfaits can be made ahead of time for a grab-and-go breakfast, and they are so easy to make that you can assemble them in the morning in just a few minutes. (If you like your granola to be softened you’ll definitely want to make them the night before).

Granola And Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits With Fresh Fruit

Serves 2

Layers of Greek yogurt and granola combine with fresh fruits for a delicious and nutritious breakfast parfait. Granola And Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits are the best way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

Instructions

In one glass or mason jar, layer 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup granola, and ½ cup pineapple.

Repeat with Greek yogurt, granola, and strawberries.

Top with Greek yogurt, granola, and blueberries.

In another glass or mason jar, repeat layering with the remaining ingredients.

Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.

Notes

Try stirring in honey, maple syrup, or your favorite chopped nuts

You can make the parfaits the night before--just cover and refrigerate overnight. They can be refrigerated for up to three days, however, the longer you refrigerate them, the softer the granola will become.
