Danaë Wright owns the ultimate spot for nutritious—and delicious—baked goods. In 2021, her passion for cake and background in community health lead to her dream of boho bakery Feathers & Frosting.
“Every day is a groovy day with us, so you better believe the holidays include disco balls and shag cakes!” says Wright.
Celebrate your New Year’s with Wright’s buttercream cakes. Try the winter flavors of peppermint bark or gingerbread sugared cranberry. These confections are made without artificial flavors and preservatives and are sure to be the talk of the party. Include a dessert grazing board in the mix, as well, so that you can snack until the clock strikes.
“Nothing beats the smell of baked goods during the holidays,” says Wright. “Having a bakery that brings joy to so many festive parties and families basically feels like you’re living in a Hallmark movie.”
When Wright thinks of the holidays, she revels in the new year's fresh start. She looks forward to the big plans she has in place for Feathers & Frosting in 2023.
