Hagopian sponsors student rug design competition

In collaboration with College for Creative Studies, Birmingham’s Hagopian held its annual student scholarship competition.

April 1 was #KWThanksYou Day for Realtor Leslie Switzer at Keller Williams Green Meadow. In observing that date, and in the weeks ahead, Leslie’s goal is to give her heartfelt gratitude to all the medical personnel, first responders, EMSA, fire rescue and hospital workers for their dedication and for risking their lives during COVID-19 to save ours!

Leslie Switzer, of Switzer Sooner Living LLC, is a Cleveland County Realtor specializing in selling homes quickly. Her average days on the market (DOM) for her last 16 listings was less than 30 days to get a contract!

The real estate market is holding strong, although the current atmosphere is changing daily due to COVID-19. Therefore, Leslie would like to reach out and help her neighbors in Cleveland County who were, or are, planning to sell their home or buy a home this summer.

"I know people have lots of concerns and questions right now,” she said. “This is a time that none of us have ever lived through. The landscape is changing daily. That is why it is important to consult with a Realtor who has their finger on the pulse of our local community. Keller Williams is the largest real estate company in the United States, which is particularly helpful to clients needing current data or are moving into or out of Oklahoma.”

For that reason, Leslie is offering a free, no obligation telephone consultation for Cleveland County residents who do not have a Realtor, and who have real estate questions about selling their home, buying a new home or needing to move out of state and buy a home.

“With today’s technology, we can have a great conversation by phone, Facetime or Zoom, and still practice proper social distancing and sheltering at home,” she said. “During the quarantine, there are MANY steps potential sellers can be doing to ready and stage their home and steps potential buyers can do prior to getting pre-approved to buy a home. We can discuss all those options during your complimentary real estate consultation. Anything I can do to help my community during this difficult time is what I'm here for! I'm ready to help!”
