As a women-owned business, Hannah has other women to thank: “It’s a cliched expression, but the foundation of my success was surrounding myself with women who are smarter, more experienced, motivated, positive, and collaborative. I continue to draw on their wisdom, and now I return the favor; community over competition is always my ethos.”
Hannah began photographing when CrossFit friends wanted a photographer for competitions and fitness progress. She really took off after her daughter’s birth when a baby boutique owner asked Hannah to exchange photos for dresses. Friends and strangers alike began inquiring about sessions and a business was born! With kids, Hannah found her bread and butter. “I could photograph kids all day,” Hannah says. “They have pure energy that exudes so much joy. It’s infectious, and I never tire of it.”
However, Hannah’s passion is photographing nature: “I love to photograph landscapes. If I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking or traveling. There are many unique places to experience with so much natural beauty to appreciate; I want to see it all!”
