Combining French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibility, Lady M is famous for its “thousand-layer” mille cakes, made with dozens of layers of paper-thin crepes and light pastry cream. The brand recently opened its flagship store in the West on West (WoW) development between Dairy Ashford and Kirkwood.
Lady M has a grab-and-go outpost in the Galleria, but CEO Ken Romaniszyn said he knew he wanted a more prominent location with easy parking, making WoW an appealing choice. “Houston has always been a city that appreciates fine cuisine, and we are delighted to bring our largest boutique yet to this vibrant and diverse community. We are confident that our customers will love the exclusive offerings and unique experiences.”
Customers can try Lady M’s seasonal offerings or enjoy their signature flavors. The restaurant has spacious indoor and outdoor seating and Houston-only menu items, including Van Leeuwen ice cream, champagne, and wine. ladym.com
