Healthy Chamber = Healthy Community

Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce Becomes The Fastest Growing Chamber In America

Local chambers of commerce, play a vital role in maintaining a healthy small business community. Along with driving the engines for economic development, chambers and their members also give back a great deal to their communities through their civic involvement.

During the pandemic, most chambers endured tremendous economic hardships. Many did not survive, leaving community advocacy voids that continue to this day.

Fortunately, the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce did survive, and it continued to operate and serve throughout the darkest hours of the pandemic. However, that survival came with a price, and a significant loss of members.

In response, the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Your Chamber Connection, held a “December to Remember” membership event on Nov. 30 through Dec. 2. During the fun, team-spirited event, the chamber added over 260 new members, becoming the fastest growing chamber in the nation.
