Hello, Local

Inside Hello Local and the Northwest Arkansas makers who bring the shop to life.

For nearly three decades, Mark Cloud has called Northwest Arkansas home. After moving to the region in 1997, he quickly developed an appreciation for its entrepreneurial spirit, creative energy, and strong sense of community. Today, he helps share that appreciation through Hello Local, a gift shop dedicated to showcasing products made by the people who live and work in Northwest Arkansas.

Located inside Onyx Coffee Lab in Springdale, Hello Local brings together a wide variety of locally made goods, from pottery and candles to skincare products, apparel, artwork, and specialty gifts. The shop serves as both a retail space and a platform for local entrepreneurs, helping connect customers with the makers behind the products they purchase. Rather than searching across multiple markets, festivals, and storefronts, shoppers can discover a collection of Northwest Arkansas talent in one convenient location.

Hello Local also makes gift-giving easy. Customers can build custom gift boxes for friends, family members, coworkers, and clients, while businesses can work with the team to create larger orders for employees, customer appreciation gifts, and special events. For those unable to visit the store, a selection of products is available online with free local delivery.

The following makers represent just a few of the artists, creators, and entrepreneurs whose products help tell the story of Northwest Arkansas through Hello Local.
