Six great trails for hiking with your dog

Hiking is a great way to work out with your dog. Here's our list of six local favorites you can both enjoy in the beauty of nature. Remember, whether you are day hiking or planning a longer excursion, make sure your pet is fit, vaccinated and has a microchip and ID tag with up-to-date information. It's also important to remember that higher altitudes can increase your dog’s dehydration rate. So please be sure to carry enough water for your dog as well as yourself. Enjoy the views!
