The Villas
There will be 81 single-level villas within seven two- and three-story buildings. Ranging in size from 1,700 to more than 4,800 square feet, they feature one to four bedrooms, most with an additional den option. Already nearly sold out, these are priced from the mid-$1 million to just over $5 million. The designs include formal entry foyers and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Estate Homes
With options such as prep kitchens and auto showcase galleries, these single-family homes are designed to wow. Priced from the low $5 millions, the four home plans (with three elevation styles) range in size from 5,500 to more than 12,000 square feet, with options ranging from three to five bedrooms. There are 39 total homes, and while each can have a main and lower level, 22 of the homes offer the option to add an additional upper level.
FENDI Private Residences
This collection of 41 bespoke residences are the first ground-up residential enclave in North America from FENDI Private Residences. Designed and branded by FENDI, each home will span approximately 3,500 square feet and have private access to an impressive amenity offering.
