For Brian and Jill Forman, service is the lens through which they view their lives, their work and their community. That perspective became firmly planted in Broomfield, where they chose to raise their family. With two children who attended Broomfield High School and careers rooted in the community, the Formans experienced firsthand the support and connection in the community. “Having received so much in what feels like a small town, giving back is incredibly important to us,” said Brian.
That spirit is what led Brian to the Broomfield Rotary Club. Brian and Jill have been small business owners in Broomfield for the past 22 years. They owned one of the first businesses in the Carriage Houses in front of The Chateaux. After stepping away from 27 years in physical therapy, Brian began looking for opportunities to serve across a wide range of community needs. The Rotary’s broad reach immediately stood out. Whether supporting FISH, A Precious Child, FRIENDS, the Senior Resources of Broomfield or Imagination Library, the Rotary offers endless opportunities to meet real needs in the community that has given so much to the Forman family.
This summer, Brian will step into the role of Rotary president, following in the footsteps of local leaders who have shaped Broomfield for decades. The Broomfield Rotary dates back to 1958, and Brian feels deeply connected to that history with so many who gave generously of their time and leadership to build the community that exists today. As president, he hopes to honor that legacy while also opening the door wider, especially to younger residents who may not yet realize how powerful it can be to invest in the place they call home.
That same “service above self” mindset carries into Brian and Jill’s work through Forman Homes, Keller Williams Preferred. For them, real estate is simply another way to serve.
Brian and Jill approach real estate not as a transaction, but as a relationship grounded in education, trust and genuine care. Together, they guide clients through important decisions, such as long-term housing plans and how real estate fits into retirement, especially for older adults navigating major life transitions. Drawing on Jill’s background as a former teacher and Brian’s experience in physical therapy, they bring a shared, people-first mindset—one that’s patient, thoughtful and holistic. At the heart of their work is a commitment to serving others during some of life’s most meaningful moments.
One example of this commitment is a series of seminars that they are currently planning with local recreation centers for older adults, focused on transitioning wealth through real estate holdings. It’s another way to help neighbors think ahead, feel confident and stay rooted in their community.
For Brian, the Rotary is where that commitment comes together—connecting people, responding to needs and strengthening the community he and Jill are proud to call home.
