Based on thoroughly and accurately handling the nuances of individual banking needs, the professional team of 10 at the newest Lamar National Bank location in Frisco provides full-service banking services, along with commercial, personal and mortgage loans
Located at 6801 Gaylord Parkway, Suite 101, since January 2022, Lamar National Bank CEO Greg Wilson says they selected Hall Park business campus for this location because they view it as the epicenter of Frisco’s commercial business. "We're excited to be part of this vibrant community. North Texas continues to attract companies from across the country, and its status as a commercial hub has exceeded very high expectations. We love being in the heart of it," he adds.
"We build lifelong, multigenerational relationships and use our collective talents to assist one customer, one family, one business at a time," he adds.
The bank's Frisco office is the right size to provide personal attention by building on the employees' culture of care.
"We refer to our services as 'relationship banking at its best' because we're all about having conversations so we can help solve our customers' financial challenges by working together to help them reach their goals," says Frisco Branch Manager Mercedes Butler, who joined Lamar during April 2022 after nine prior years of banking experience.
Mercedes says they're happy to provide Lamar's versions of flexible personal banking, supportive business banking and secure mobile banking options. "Customers tell us our bank has a different feel to it, that they feel important when here because we really do listen to their questions and take care of their needs."
Alicia Baum, Lamar's commercial lender in Frisco, says they view themselves as a concierge bank. "Going to our customers versus the customer coming to us,” she explains. "As a community bank, we're relationship-based and centered around serving the community. A new source of pride for Lamar is our Community Hero Checking program designed for veterans, active military, first responders and teachers. It’s a way to show our appreciation for the numerous individuals who play a role in the countless opportunities we have thanks to their hard work."
