Trisha tagged Melody Meiners, Director of Marketing & Communications Hibbs Homes, and Sara Olsen from NJL Custom Homes to show some stunning examples of outdoor "HomeWork."
Built for clients who love entertaining, this custom Hibbs Home features a four seasons room accessible from large sliding doors in the great room. The expanse of black framed windows gives the room a modern feel and allows for gorgeous views through all weather, while the tongue and groove ceiling and rough-hewn beams balance the glass and metal to keep the space warm and inviting.
The lower-level game and recreation room takes a surprising turn when the overhead door rolls up, allowing easy passage from inside to out. This Hibbs Homes space is perfect for parties or relaxing after a day in the plunge pool, and the heavy-weight outdoor curtains serve double duty by softening corner posts while opening and providing privacy when pulled together.
NJL designed and built these outdoor living areas to make the most of the natural beauty surrounding their custom-built homes. Complete with outdoor fireplaces and weather-resistant television, these open and airy spaces are their clients' favorite places to entertain through three seasons and on warmed winter days.
