Our process involves a meticulous assessment of the family’s needs in order to match the best qualified nanny. This is done with home visits, in-person child assessments and parent interviews. The more information we are able to obtain the easier it is for us to do our jobs. When recruiting nannies, we have strict hiring criteria. Our nannies must possess a minimum of two years professional experience, legal authorization to work in the U.S, and CPR/First Aid certification. We verify all employment references, as well as conduct national background checks for each nanny. This builds a comprehensive profile of the nanny’s abilities and knowledge. Through this screening process we are able to compile a diverse database of high-quality nannies. We then select several top nannies from our database for each family to interview. We also assist in contract negotiation to make sure both nanny and family are satisfied with their future partnership.
