If I was a Buyer

Discovering the home buying process is fun!

What would I do if I was a buyer today.....
I would first meet with a lender to see what fits in my budget, and I would be completely honest and tell them everything.  Remember they have seen every wrong and silly decision.    It is not fun to be financially strapped in a new home, and would remember to include the travel budget, the eating out budget and fun money needs.

I would take a look at my lifestyle and evaluate what I need and what will meet those needs in the next few years.    I would know that no one can make those decisions for you.    An agent can make suggestions and direct you, but you have to be the one who makes that decision.   It is really a great shopping adventure.

Find an agent to help and make sure you cover everything, one that works as partners to help you to be a strong and secure homeowner.

We believe our true value is teaching the buyer and seller the skills to gather the facts to make the best decision when buying and selling a home.   Skills that save money throughout the home owning journey.
