Lisa Moore
Image Consultant, Saks Fifth Avenue Club Stylist & Personal Shopper
From a young age, I was captivated by fashion. I’d spend hours flipping through magazines, dreaming of looking like the women on those glossy pages. In the ’90s, I began modeling, where I developed a deep appreciation for wearing beautiful pieces. Later that decade, I transitioned into cosmetics. Over time, my passion evolved; I wanted to do more than enhance faces. I wanted to help women feel confident in their own skin.
Today, my business, Lisa Moore Beauty, is dedicated to helping men and women elevate their style and feel confident for any occasion. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments tailored to each client’s needs. I work inside Saks Fifth Avenue at Biltmore Fashion Park and, soon, Neiman Marcus at Scottsdale Fashion Square. My services include personalized styling sessions, gift and special occasion shopping, private shopping events (in-store or on location), closet clean-outs to identify wardrobe gaps, and expert packing assistance for travel.
I work by appointment only and value referrals. Before each session, I offer a complimentary phone consultation to understand the client’s style goals, preferences, and needs. Every appointment is personalized... I pre-select pieces in their size, preferred colors, and silhouettes, ready in my private Saks Club Room. For those seeking luxury brands like CHANEL, Dior, Prada, Gucci, Fendi, or Louis Vuitton, I’ll personally source pieces. If we don’t carry a brand in-store, I’ll find a way to get it.
My clients are not just a sale. I take pride in building real relationships and offering a supportive, judgment-free experience. Many of my clients are high-profile individuals and celebrities, and I’m always discreet. I’m a strong advocate for body positivity and often work with those experiencing weight fluctuations, hormonal shifts, or career transitions.
Everything I do is driven by purpose, especially as a mom to two beautiful daughters, Ashley and Alyssa. I want them to see firsthand that with dedication and determination, anything is possible. My clients inspire me just as much; their loyalty, trust, and support mean the world to me.
One style tip I often share: not every trend is meant for everyone, and that’s okay. Trends come and go, but true style is knowing what works best for you and your body. Confidence is the sexiest thing you can wear.
My style icons? Audrey Hepburn and Victoria Beckham.
Most people don’t know all of the luxury retail services I offer. From sourcing hard-to-find pieces to curating gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, I can usually track it down. And if I can’t, I’ll find someone who can.

Kelly Rickard
Founder, Arcadia Sample Sale
My first retail job was during college working as a sales associate at Guess in Scottsdale Fashion Square, back when logo baby tees were all the rage. As a broke college student, the employee discounts were a huge draw!
After graduating from ASU, I was hired to manage a boutique in Gainey Village. Even with a college degree, I still had no idea what I wanted to do. However, I loved the small, locally owned vibe of that store. From there, I managed other boutiques and learned all aspects of the retail business.
Over the years, I had the opportunity to style local celebrities like Brandy (when she was dating a Suns player) and Jenna Jameson during her book tour. We participated in gifting suites for the Super Bowl, did pop-ups at Barrett-Jackson, and took part in many fun community events.
Fast forward to now… I founded Arcadia Sample Sale. We host monthly pop-up fashion events sourcing premium women’s contemporary brands at 70–90% off retail (no joke!). Many of our pieces are still available online at full price. And despite the term “sample sale,” we carry sizes XS through XL.
Some of the Revolve and Nordstrom brands we’ve featured include Agua Bendita, Mara Hoffman, Retrofête, AMUR, Baobab, Cela B, Montce Swim, and more.
We’ve been fortunate to host events at incredible private homes, as well as local businesses that generously open their space for us. We’re beyond grateful for the community’s support, like Katrina Barrett, owner of Walt Danley Local Luxury Christie’s International Real Estate, who offered her esthetic office space for our very first event featuring Mara Hoffman. Changing up our monthly location keeps things fresh, creates a sense of anticipation, and honestly gives the whole thing a party feel. Each event feels like a discovery. It’s a smarter way to shop, scoring major deals on sought-after labels.
Between our sample sale events, our day-to-day operations happen out of four large storage units. And for everything that doesn’t sell in person, we host private livestream auctions through our own channel. It’s like modern-day QVC… we buy inventory specifically for those auctions, and our team of livestreamers runs sales five days a week.
My fashion tip? Wear the clothing. Don’t let the clothing wear you.

I’ve always had an eye for fashion for as long as I can remember. I was that kid who cared more about how I looked than my schoolwork. When it was time to study, I was busy planning my outfit for the next day.
There’s no specific platform I use for my business… I’ve dabbled in a little bit of everything. I attribute a lot of my success to building relationships with my customers, and that’s been a huge part of growing organically. I love to work with and support local businesses, too.
My process is simple: I love what I do, and I love the people I connect with. Most of the time, my clients love my products, from vintage bags to unique jewelry and accessories. I like finding pieces that no one else has. I love to travel and discover items that feel truly one-of-a-kind.
Having ADD helps… I can work on five different projects at once. I love to multitask and work best under pressure.
My style? Edgy, trendy, and keeping it classy.
My style tip? Personal authenticity. Embracing your unique style- rather than conforming to trends or societal expectations- can lead to a more confident and expressive wardrobe. That means choosing pieces that truly resonate with your personality, comfort, and lifestyle… letting your style reflect who you really are. Fashion should be fun and a reflection of oneself. Prioritizing personal taste over fleeting trends can create a more fulfilling and individualistic fashion experience. Trends come and go, but true style is timeless and reflects your unique essence.
Style icon? Rachel Zoe (plus I’ve personally met her).
One thing most people don’t realize about what I do is that I’m not just answering and asking questions. I love pairing curious minds with valuable insights and ideas.
Meeting new people and traveling has been instrumental in shaping who I am today. Each encounter and experience has broadened my perspective, challenged my assumptions, and helped me grow both personally and professionally.
