What is your definition of success?

For me, success is when the people who know me know that I care about them and want the best for them.

What is something you are passionate about?

My passion is sharing the love of Jesus with my words and with my deeds.

How did you find your career path?

As a volunteer at a Rescue Mission, I saw the opportunity to use the gifts God gave me to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

What advice do you have for someone who is interested in pursuing your career?

Be sure that God has called you to this work, and take every opportunity, in all of life, to serve people. Study to prepare for the work; be prepared to give and love at risky-high levels. Be prepared to earn less than your neighbors and friends and expect God to meet your needs.

What can community members do to help support your cause?

The Rescue Mission is always looking for community partners and volunteers. Churches, businesses and organizations can sponsor events, collect food and clothing, provide groups of volunteers for special projects, and of course, provide funding for our programs and services.
