1. What does service mean to you?

Service is the culmination of attitude, attentiveness, and awareness as well as the degree to which you’ll take said principles and apply them to any one guest's situation in a restaurant; this is what creates the feeling of Hospitality. I’ve had the pleasure of learning these core principles from highly professional individuals to help bolster my understanding of this concept and readily apply their techniques at Mōlì to enhance our guests’ dining experience.

2. How does the service you provide elevate the local community?

A Mōlì we’ve actively sought out some of the highest regarded wines and spirits in order to address a niche that we previously did not see filled in the Greenwich prior; a need for luxury in restaurants. As a team we strive to apply high level service by offering a unique and premium quality “by-the-glass” program accompanied by a 30-page wine list chock full of recognizable favorites and hidden gems from all over the world.

3. What are some tips for providing exceptional service?

Treat your guests as if they were guests in your own home. When it comes to performing at the highest echelon, we focus on Hospitality at its core to ensure the guests’ experience is always our first priority. I pride myself in taking aggressive measures on the management side to guarantee our guests’ return in the future.

4. What do you love most about working in the Greenwich community?

As a small town boy myself I thoroughly enjoy the kinship and sense of community that Greenwich offers. Having previously worked in NYC, it was a breath of fresh air to help start a restaurant with the same quality of food, beverage, and service outside of the fast-paced city environment.
