Creativity is at the heart of every build Tim Newberg does. The owner of Sun and Soul Homes has been working in the design and construction fields for more than 30 years and started the Arvada business three years ago. “I’ve always had an interest in artistic endeavors,” says Tim. “I went to school for art and design, and I’ve been inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.”
One of Tim’s grandfathers ran a painting business, and another grandfather had one of the first carpet and flooring companies in Milwaukee, WI. Tim worked with and learned from both of them. Tim also spent time designing custom, wooden signs in Boulder, many of which are still on display.
Sun and Soul Homes does high-quality interior and exterior design work from big jobs to small budget room remodeling projects. They specialize in uniquely designed decks.
