It Takes a Village

3 healthy ways to start off your New Year

Having a healthy body is always important, but with the prevalence of COVID-19, it’s now more critical than ever to keep our immune systems strong. Meredith DeAngelis, chief marketing officer with Village Health Clubs and Spa, has some tips on how to do just that.

Locally-owned and -operated, the Clubs have four valley locations –two in Scottsdale, one in Phoenix, and one in Chandler. Each facility is approximately 82,000 square feet.

“These are premier healthy lifestyle clubs,” DeAngelis explains. “More than fitness, we offer a lot of social events and activities like hikes, trips, and parties. There are full-service spas for massages, facials, and more, and the cafés serve healthy food.”

With so many offerings—“We’re like a bunch of boutiques under one roof,” says DeAngelis—there are many ways to start off your New Year in a healthy, and fun, way that boosts your immune system. (VillageClubs.com).
