A Potent, Refreshing Green Juice For the Win

1 lemon, peeled
6 stalks celery
1 large cucumber, peeled
2 green apples, washed and cored
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves, washed
1” piece of ginger, peeled

Step 1. Wash and prep all fruits and vegetables. Apples should be cored. Lemon peel can be overpowering, so remove the rind before juicing. 

Step 2. Run the ingredients through your juicer.

Step 3. Serve immediately over ice or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. 

NOTE: You can alter the amount of each ingredient to your liking. If you like your juice with a bit of a kick, add more ginger. If you like it tarter, you can add more green apple or lemon.
