Joshua Springs Park & Preserve outside Boerne off IH-10 West (exit 533) has a two-acre enclosed park for dogs. Complete with agility features and the space separated for large and small dogs, it is a beautiful area to enjoy the sunshine as well as give your dogs freedom to roam off-leash. Water troughs are continually filled to satisfy the fur babies’ thirst for a drink before off to play some more. In case you forget the waste bags, Mutt Mitts dispensers are available, along with trash cans.
Picnic tables and benches are located in the dog park. The park is open from May 1 through September 30 from 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
