Collective Women’s Leadership is changing the way women approach professional growth, proving that success does not have to be cookie cutter. Founded by Joyce Toti, the organization was built on a simple but powerful idea: women thrive when they learn, lead, and grow together.
Through mentorship and community-driven programs, Collective Women’s Leadership has created a space where women at every stage of their careers can build confidence, strengthen their skills, and support one another along the way.
“After more than two decades in leadership roles across highly competitive industries, I kept seeing the same pattern of brilliant, capable women who weren’t lacking talent, but were lacking access to the kind of leadership development that actually changes how you show up. There were plenty of networking groups, but very few spaces focused on how to lead, how to communicate with confidence, advocate for yourself, and navigate high-level environments. Collective Women’s Leadership was created to fill that gap. It’s a space where women connect, grow, practice, and step into the best version of themselves as leaders.” said Toti.
For many women, leadership development can feel intimidating or slightly out of reach, but Collective Women’s Leadership takes a more personal approach. The organization’s programs combine practical career guidance, communication training, and mentorship, helping women develop not only the skills they need to succeed, but the confidence to grow and use them.
According to Toti, “Our goal is to become the most influential and accessible leadership community for women at every stage of their career. We’re focused on four core pillars: networking, community, education, and mindfulness. Long-term, we’re building a national ecosystem where women can walk into any room, whether it’s a boardroom, a new city, or a new role and immediately feel equipped, supported, and ready to lead.”
One of the defining features of Collective Women’s Leadership is its strong emphasis on community. Members participate in group sessions, workshops, and networking events. Conversations often go beyond resumes and job titles, focusing on topics such as confidence, work-life balance, and personal goals. This approach helps members feel seen as whole people, not just professionals.
“What makes CWL special is the way women show up for each other. We’ve had members report landing new roles after gaining the confidence to advocate for themselves, launch businesses with the support of the community, and build meaningful relationships that extend far beyond events. There’s a level of encouragement and accountability here that’s rare. You’re surrounded by women who genuinely want to see you succeed and are willing to support you in getting there.” said Toti.
Mentorship plays a vital and central role in the Collective Women’s Leadership experience. Rather than a one-time meeting or formal pairing, mentorship is woven into every part of the community. Members have access to experienced leaders who share real-world advice and honest feedback, creating an atmosphere where learning feels natural and safe. This kind of guidance can be especially valuable for women who may not have mentors in their workplace or industry.
“CWL is a leadership movement. We’re redefining what it looks like for women to lead by creating spaces where growth is intentional, connection is meaningful, and leadership is practiced.” said Toti.
Collective Women’s Leadership also works with companies that want to invest in the growth of their female employees. Corporate partnerships allow organizations to bring leadership training and mentorship programs directly into the workplace, creating opportunities for women to advance while staying connected to their teams. These programs are designed to build stronger leaders while also fostering healthier, more collaborative work environments.
“CWL is designed for women at all stages whether you’re early in your career, stepping into leadership, or already leading teams and organizations. Currently we have chapters in Las Vegas and Austin, with a chapter in Scottsdale coming in fall of 2026.” said Toti.
Women who are ready to invest in themselves are invited to explore upcoming programs, events, and mentorship opportunities and see firsthand how powerful shared growth can be.
According to Toti, “We encourage women to attend an event and experience CWL firsthand. We have free coffee connects, workshops, or larger ticketed events that are often open to the public. It’s the best way to feel the energy of the community and see the value in real time.”
There are opportunities for women to create their own chapter of CWL. According to Toti, “We love working with women who feel called to bring CWL into their city. The best place to start is by reaching out through our website. From there, we walk potential chapter leaders through our model, expectations, and support system. We’ve built CWL to be both structured and scalable, so women aren’t starting from scratch, they’re stepping into a proven framework with real support behind them.”
