Dedication to Excellence in providing Senior Care

Park Vista’s goals and commitment, live better and live longer.

A new year full of promising new beginnings. Park Vista’s goals and commitment remain consistent for every resident to live better and live longer.

Known as ‘A Journey Through the Gardens,” Park Vista’s memory care program is designed with both patients and their families in mind. By encouraging residents to foster new friendships while staying active and just having fun, this welcoming, innovative facility drastically impacts their patients’ lives for the better. The Gardens offers a nurturing, caring environment catering to residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

This secured memory care neighborhood provides a place where those nearest and dearest to your heart can thrive in safe surroundings that promote active social connections, physical wellness, and creative pursuits to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit.

Rather than allowing residents to fret over what uncertainties the future may hold, Park Vista’s Memory care full-time wellness team encourages residents to focus on recalling memories, creating new ones, and living for the moment!

Every aspect of life at The Gardens has been thoughtfully considered, from nutritious meals served in adaptive dinnerware to assisting with visual and perception impairments. Appropriate cues and modifications throughout living spaces support independence while providing guidance and many more intricate touches.

Personal memory boxes, which display meaningful keepsakes, are located outside of each resident’s suite, as well as “inspiration boxes” posted throughout the hallways, designed to support patients’ past interests.

Assistance with transportation to and from medical appointments, weekly housekeeping, and daily trash removal, and personal laundry services all work together to ease stress and increase residents’ comfort levels as much as possible.

Serving Fullerton and the surrounding communities is a privilege that Park Vista’s Director of Assisted Living, Jessica Todd feels is a direct reflection of the facility’s commitment to those who have inspired them the most—the residents themselves.

“Our residents inspire us daily and challenge us to reflect on our care and services. We strive to make our residents happy so they can live better [lives],” says Jessica.

Park Vista’s dedication to excellence is evident by the range of multiple levels of care available to residents, all from the comfort of one campus. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care.

Of course, safety remains a top priority for the consummate professionals at Park Vista—throughout the ever-changing pandemic.

“We know that there’s nothing more important than the health of our residents and staff,” notes Haidy Andrawes, Administrator at Park Vista health center. “Vaccination rates in senior living homes have been closely monitored across the country as concerns grow about senior safety—and at Park Vista, vaccination against the COVID-19 virus was essential in ensuring the safety of our residents. This will continue to be our priority and focus going into 2022,” she says.

Despite the challenges presented by such unprecedented times, Park Vista’s mission to continue providing the highest quality of care remains steadfast. The five-star rated facility was recently named a ‘Great Place to Work’ in the community for the fourth year in a row.

“Park Vista skilled nursing is proud to be recognized by the Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) for COVID-19 safety, exceeding a 75% staff and 90% resident COVID-19 vaccination rate for four consecutive weeks during the 3rd quarter of 2021,” says Jessica.

“Therefore, whether your loved ones require assistance in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing with rehabilitation, you can have peace of mind knowing that they can ‘Live Better and Live Longer’ with their health as our top priority.” https://parkvista.net/
