La Calma
1.5 oz chamomile-infused Jameson or any Irish whiskey
0.5 oz Amaretto
0.75 oz apricot syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice
2 cups crushed ice
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until everything reaches the same consistency.
Apricot Syrup
Mix 1 cup apricot purée with 2 cups simple syrup. (The team at Adiõs uses purée from Mi Pueblo.)
Chamomile-Infused Jameson
Steep 4 chamomile tea bags in 1 bottle of Jameson. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Non-Alcoholic Version
3 oz of your favorite lemonade
0.75 oz El Guapo orgeat (available at LeNell’s in Norwood)
2–3 cups crushed ice
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and consistent.
