Northern Westchester is brimming with creativity, culture, and a strong sense of community. As a foodie and avid supporter of local businesses, narrowing down this list was no easy task. I’ve chosen to highlight a few newer spots that bring something fresh and exciting to the area—and I’m thrilled to share them with you!
Bedford Post Tavern
Nestled within the historic Bedford Post Inn, the Bedford Post Tavern is a true culinary gem. In partnership with Sunday Hospitality, the team has welcomed Chef Sam Mason, founder of OddFellows Ice Cream Co., to craft a menu of elevated American bistro classics. While the dinner offerings change seasonally, a few standout dishes have earned a permanent spot on the menu—and for good reason. Their burger might be one of the best I’ve ever had, the grilled branzino is perfectly executed, and the onion tart, a surprising delight, has become an unforgettable favorite. Whether you’re planning a casual dinner or a celebratory night out, the Bedford Post Tavern is a must-visit destination.
