Ingredients:
- 6-8 large lemons
- 4-6 cups of water
- Raw honey
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender (10-12 sprigs)
Directions:
1. Juice 6-8 lemons to get about 1 ½ cup of lemon juice.
2. Muddle 6-8 sprigs of farm fresh lavender in the lemon juice.
3. Let steep for the next hour, occasionally agitating the lavender lemon juice. After an hour, strain and combine with 4-6 cups of water in a pitcher.
4. Sweeten with ½-1 cup of raw honey. Stir well and add ice cubes and a few fresh sprigs of lavender for garnish.
