With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Sicaeros brings an impressive track record of building high-performing organizations, advancing physician partnerships, and leading transformational growth initiatives. Before joining City of Hope Cancer Center Arizona, she served as chief strategy officer for MemorialCare Medical Group and chief operating officer for MemorialCare Medical Foundation, where she played a key role in driving innovation and expanding access to care.
Her leadership is especially relevant as Arizona confronts persistent gaps in cancer care. Many communities still face limited access to early diagnosis, specialists, clinical trials and advanced therapies. Closing those gaps will require medical innovation, strong community partnerships and care that reflects the people it serves.
Anchored by its cancer hospital in Goodyear, City of Hope Cancer Center Arizona delivers specialized expertise, precision medicine and advanced therapies through care centers in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Gilbert and, most recently, Prescott, bringing advanced cancer care closer to patients statewide.
