Lucy’s prior background took her across the U.S. as an executive leader and consultant for Fortune 100 companies. She relocated eight times, gaining a meaningful, firsthand perspective on the moving process.
She’s also served as vice president of sales for AT&T Broadband and as an innovative executive leader for U.S. Airways reservations, where she introduced a unique sales and recognition program for motivating and retaining employees. She’s been a sales and marketing firebrand throughout her career.

As they discussed partnering, Troy asked, “When can you start? Tomorrow?”… and it was on Lucy’s first day that she sold her very first $1.3 million home.
