As part of their impressive growth, ROC Title Agency and their team of ROCstars just opened a new headquarters location in Paradise Valley. Johnson says they chose the new locale for its beautiful scenery and central location.
“We strive to make our office a lot hipper and fun—the best compliment I receive is when our team members say that they’re excited to come to work,” she says. “I believe in taking care of our team because then they take care of our clients.”
Johnson adds that purchasing a home is often one of the biggest purchases of someone’s life and that their staff is trained on how to make it as positive and approachable as possible.
“You never know why someone is purchasing or selling real estate; it could be a joyous occasion like their first home or something life-changing like divorce or death,” she says. “So, our staff is respectful and always kind in any situation—it’s not only about our real estate expertise but about empathy and that human touch, as well.”
In addition to their expertise and mindful approach to customer service, ROC Title Agency also provides multiple helpful resources to real estate agents, and home buyers and sellers. They are a fully paperless operation and streamline all their services digitally, as well. Because of their success, they are continuing to grow statewide, with new locations opening soon in Chandler, Surprise and Flagstaff.
