Move Fitness
Daily exercise is essential for good health, so let’s keep moving! While our gym is closed, it doesn't mean you should stop your progress. Until our gym is re-opened, we have set up a private Facebook page with daily workout videos you can do at home in your driveway, garage, or outdoors, and tips for staying motivated and for working out safely.
