Airaoke
Airaoke hosts karaoke events in support of the Fallen Heroes Project, which helps the families of injured firefighters, police officers and military personnel cover immediate monthly expenses while waiting for further assistance.
Chuck Burge felt moved to help the Fallen Heroes Project by personal experience. “One of my best friends was supposed to be in the towers on September 11, but he missed his flight out of Atlanta the night before,” Burge shares. “When COVID-19 struck and the firefighters couldn't do their stair climb any more to raise funds, I felt led to help.”
Burge is driven by his appreciation for the blessings and opportunities he has been afforded in life, especially by his hometown of Marietta. He hopes his work at Airaoke serves as a lesson to his two sons that making an impact in the community means so much more than making money.
Burge also volunteers at Must Ministries' annual Gobble Jog and serves on the Board for the Festival of Trees.

The Butcher on Whitlock
Scott Grieve embarked on his culinary journey at age 15 as a dishwasher in a bustling kitchen. The energy, creativity and camaraderie captivated him, igniting a passion that led him to pursue formal training at the New England Culinary Institute. His passion in the kitchen shaped him as a chef, but his love for his community drove him to open The Butcher on Whitlock with his wife, Nancy.
“I've always loved sharing my passion for food with friends and family, so it felt natural to extend that joy to my Marietta community,” Grieve says.
Grieve is driven to serve his customers the way he knows best: creating fresh ideas in food and wine. He takes pride in offering many young people their first jobs and giving them a challenging, supportive and educational environment to grow.
Outside the shop, Scott and Nancy are active members of the Marietta community, serving organizations like Marietta First United Methodist Church, the Marietta Kiwanis Club and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.

Zoomin’ Groomin’
After a long career in the corporate world, Paul Urfi decided it was time for a change, not just in what he did but why he did it. He and his wife, Tauna, created Zoomin’ Groomin’ to provide mobile pet grooming that’s convenient for owners and gentle for pets.
“During my years in big tech, I'd fumble through explaining my work that seemed important but ultimately left me wondering, 'Does this really matter?',” Urfi muses. “Now, when someone asks what I do, I can look them in the eye and say with genuine pride, 'I serve others and their furry family members.'”
Urfi’s favorite part of the job is connection, whether he’s helping solve a problem, seeing a dog light up after a fresh groom or hearing a busy family breathe a sigh of relief because he made their day a little easier.
Urfi also supports local pet adoption efforts by volunteering for organizations like Mostly Mutts, donates grooming services to raise money for charity and collaborates with small businesses to strengthen the local economy.
