“Some have found their way to us looking for a yoga class where they can also bring their kids to play,” executive director Sarah Doyle said. “Others have arrived, sleep deprived and overwhelmed, looking for support postpartum at our weekly, free, drop-in support group for new mamas. Many have come looking for breastfeeding support, birthing classes or a safe, whimsical environment for their toddlers to play. Still, others come seeking support from one of our six highly-qualified perinatal mental health therapists.
