2. Hello Monty 

Elevated American Food with a Nod to the South. At Hello Monty, you can gather with friends, neighbors, and co-workers to celebrate the community, food, and fun of a great backyard cookout. Each homemade dish is touched by fire and crafted with the finest local ingredients. Shareable draft beverages are made at the in-house brewery. 3. Calliope at Flora De Mel

Calliope Restaurant, a place where Chef Khaled Albanna brings flavors from his childhood in Amman, Jordan to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Khaled’s southern influences combined with his unique Levantine cooking style delivers the best of both worlds. Cooking with open fire and coals bring the Levant culture and traditions to light. Taqueria Jalisco started in 2005 in a small red food truck on the Southside of Chattanooga. The Parra family has expanded slowly over the years into a storefront at Miller Plaza in Chattanoogas city center and a full service Tequila & Mezcal bar in Chattanoogas Southside where it all began. The Lead Staff for Taqueria Jalisco include owner Jorge Parra and Executive Chef Maria Parra.
